Incident report for 17/01/2018 Status: RESOLVED Severity: MAJOR Duration: 30 minutes (17/01/2018 12:30 to 17/01/2018 13:00) Incident Report: Outage has been reported on some services during the duration of this incident. This issue was caused by a hardware fault on the web host’s servers. The issue appears to have now been resolved, and we will continue monitoring services to ensure that there is minimal disruption.
